About Me

I'm Verity, and my journey into makeup artistry began at a young age, watching my glamorous Grandmother Audrey apply her makeup each morning at the dining room table.

Max Factor and Elnett hairspray were her staples, and I was captivated by the way her routine transformed her like she was putting on her armour for the day, ready to face anything with elegance and strength. That quiet ritual sparked a lifelong passion.

With over 15 years of experience in the makeup industry, I hold a HND Foundation Degree in Makeup, Media, and Costume from Worcester, and completed my BA Honours Degree at Bradford University. After graduating, I worked with renowned brands including Benefit Cosmetics and Estée Lauder Companies. During my time at Estée Lauder, I progressed to Counter Manager and Business Manager, and was honoured to receive the “Best of the Best” award in 2021.

I continue to invest in my craft through regular training with top industry professionals. In 2023, after moving from Windsor to Hereford with my family and welcoming my daughter, I took the leap into freelance artistry and I’ve never felt more fulfilled.

Makeup is more than a career for me; it’s a calling. Every time I’m trusted to enhance someone’s natural beauty, I feel deeply honoured. I genuinely have to pinch myself that I get to do what I love for a living.

Years of experience have allowed me to explore countless brands and products, and I only use industry-established favourites that I know truly perform.
